ビーズも抗体も結合していないマウスNK細胞が得られる試薬 NK Cell Isolation Kitが新しくなりました！
従来品に比べてC57BL/6マウスからの分離パフォーマンスが改善され、C57BL/6マウスでもBALB/cマウスでも、高純度のNK細胞が分離できるようになりました。他社製品と比べても、遥かに純度の高いNK細胞が安定して得られます。もちろん回収率も安定しています。

Figure 1: Purity of NK cells isolated from C57BL/6 mouse spleen cell suspension. Cells were isolated by either using the NK Cell Isolation Kit, an LS Column, and a MidiMACS™ Separator or following instructions from competitor's manufacturers. Isolated cells were fluorescently stained with CD3-FITC, CD49b-APC and Anti-NK1.1-PE and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer 10. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals, CD45-VioGreen™, and 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI) fluorescence.
